 New Providence New Jersey
New Providence is nestled at the foot of the Watchung
Mountains in Union County, New Jersey. Just 30 minutes to
NYC, it brings all the peace and greenery of suburban living
while being close to the amenities and conveniences that
the greater metropolitan area affords. Close to freeways and
train stations for commuters in addition to Newark's Liberty
					International airport.
The town has grown very popular due to its great location,
high quality schools, and recreation options. Wonderful
hiking, biking, fishing, and parks abound plus skiing in the
winter! A strong recreation department ensures programs
and activities for all ages year-round. When you want to venture
beyond, it's a reasonable drive to the Jersey shore, Atlantic
					City, Philadelphia, and recreation resorts.

					pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. Schools
in the district are Allen W. Roberts Elementary School
(grades PreK-6), Salt Brook Elementary School (K-6), New

School (9-12). The middle school and high school share the
same building and some of the same facilities (art rooms,
auditorium, east wing, west wing, gyms, music rooms, TV
					production room, cafeteria).

Serving students in PreK-3 through Grade 8, The Academy of
Our Lady of Peace is accredited by the Middle States
Association of Colleges and Schools and operates under the
auspices of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark.
